Experienced front of house staff

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Front of House professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, suited for someone who takes pride in service excellence and enjoys working with people.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly, take orders, make menu recommendations when appropriate
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas
Ensure smooth table turnover and assist with seating arrangements
4.Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accuratelY
5.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints
6.Set up and pack down dining areas, including table settings and decoR, Support with events, bookings, and special service requirement
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and presentation
- Must be reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Barista or bartending skills a bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour
