Full-Time Sales & Customer Service Role – Brent Weatherall Jeweller

Location: Dunedin

Hours: 38 hours per week

Are you passionate about jewellery, great with people, and ready to shine in a fast-paced retail environment? Brent Weatherall Jeweller is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic team member to join our Dunedin store.

About Us

Brent Weatherall Jeweller is a locally owned and operated jewellery store, known for our exceptional customer service, quality products, and community spirit. We pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

The Role

You'll be the face of our store – welcoming customers, helping them find the perfect piece, assisting with sales, and keeping the store looking its best. This is a full-time role (38 hours per week) and may include some weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach
  • Provide product knowledge and advice
  • Process sales and handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain store displays and cleanliness
  • Customer ordering
  • Assist with stock management
  • Website management

  • Retail or sales experience (jewellery experience a bonus but not essential)
  • Attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
