Role Description

As a Sealing Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sealing contracts, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, and maintaining high-quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with teams, monitoring costs, and liaising with clients. The role requires ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and contract specifications. This is a full-time on-site position located in Cambridge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and contract management within the civil construction or sealing industry
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in using microsoft excel
• Good problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure
• Relevant certification or qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required
