Now, we're bringing that energy to Queensgate – our very first store in Lower Hutt This is a super exciting opportunity to lead the launch of a brand-new store opening in March. We're looking for someone to start training in mid-February, so you'll be ready to make this opening unforgettable

Our dream candidate will be a seasoned Retail Manager ready for a new challenge and excited to lead a store launch

As the Store Leader, you'll lead the way in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving team development, and overseeing all visual merchandising and operational functions to achieve store targets and exceed KPIs.

Day in the Life

  • Drive business performance by leading your team to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service and strategic sales execution.
  • Coach and develop your team by identifying skill gaps, providing ongoing training, and fostering a culture of growth and succession planning. You'll play a key role in developing future leaders and retaining top talent.
  • Lead operational excellence by managing stock sell-through, executing visual merchandising strategies, and ensuring compliance across payroll, rostering, and store procedures.
  • Build smart, commercial rosters that align with wage benchmarks and ensure the most productive team members are on the floor during peak trading hours.
  • Champion the Lorna Jane brand by connecting your team to our philosophy and values, engaging with the local community, and driving customer attraction.
