Sport NZ Ihi Aotearoa is the kaitiaki of our country's play, active recreation, and sport system. We work in partnership with national and regional organisations, government, councils, and other stakeholders to support wellbeing across Aotearoa.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Investment Coordinator to help deliver our community investment portfolio, funding that enables organisations to support physical activity nationwide.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and administration of investment schedules (contracts).
  • Coordinate processes across the full investment cycle—from planning to reporting.
  • Manage workflows and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in project coordination or administrative support.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and ability to learn systems like Salesforce and SharePoint.
  • A customer-focused mindset and positive stakeholder engagement.

Whether you're early in your career or bringing experience from another sector, this is a great opportunity to grow in a purpose-led team. Experience in community funding or public sector investment is a bonus, but not essential.
