What you'll do:

  • Operate excavators & other plant (loaders, rollers, etc.)
  • Support crews with trenching, drainage & earthworks
  • Deliver safe, high-quality work on civil projects
  • Contribute to key regional projects & development

What we need:

  • Proven excavator experience in civil construction
  • Class 4 licence + WTR endorsements (preferred)
  • Skills in drainage, roading or earthworks (an advantage)
  • Reliable, safety-focused & a strong team player
