About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Cook / Kitchen Hand to join our team at the Wine and Food, Experience Marlborough. This role is integral to the smooth running of our kitchen, where you will be preparing and serving high-quality cuisine to our guests.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, hygiene and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, following all health and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to the front-of-house team
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Hand in a similar hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality in food presentation
- Enthusiastic, flexible and able to work well as part of a team
