The opportunity

Redpath Partners have partnered with Rosefern Homes for an exclusive search to appoint their next exceptional Project Manager.

This newly created position has been established due their growing portfolio of work and the desire to bolster their small and ambitious team with another high performer.

The focus of the position will be to ensure the continued performance of their projects in both programme and financials.

Coming with a high level of autonomy this position will give you the opportunity to take ownership of your projects, make your own decisions and create a real stamp on your position within the business.

Founded in 2019, Rosefern Homes has delivered 100+ homes across multiple locations, establishing a reputation for craftsmanship, reliability and smart design.

The team prides themselves on delivering stylish, timeless homes in high-growth locations, emphasising quality, simplicity, and care for their clients.

The requirements

You bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of project management experience within residential construction or development in NZ
  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, alternatively you can hold an LBP
  • Strong knowledge of NZS:3910, Building Act, code compliance, council consenting processes, and regulatory framework
  • A hands-on, solutions-driven approach with the ability to push momentum across multiple projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, time-management, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • A demonstrated track record of delivering residential developments on time, within budget, and meeting high standards of build quality and finish
