Job Description
  • Varied runs throughout New Zealand
  • Potential to earn up to $34.65 per hour 
  • Driving a sleeper cab Kenworth 9 axle truck and trailer unit
  • Full Time Permanent Employment - Job Security 
  • Truck will be based out of Gore

At Hall's, we are looking for a reliable and flexible Class 5 Curtain Sider Driver to join our team in Invercargill, who can be the friendly face of our business and deliver chilled or ambient freight alongside delivering outstanding service for our customers and to their customers. As a linehaul curtain sider you will have a variety of work taking you all over the South Island. 

Qualifications
  • You'll need a full and clean Class 5 license.
  • Be Fit & Healthy as its a physical role using a pallet jack and a solid driving experience (ideally within refrigerated transport). 
  • Be committed to working safely.
  • You are self-motivated with a positive attitude and is proficient in reversing units and working to strict time deadlines. 
  • Have a good geographical knowledge of New Zealand. 
  • Hours of work will vary according to business needs; however, you will need to be committed to working a hour day and be away from home as needed.
