We're seeking an experienced and confident leader to take charge of a fast-paced warehouse environment on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. You'll play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring all targets and deadlines are met.

About The Role

This maternity cover position requires a proactive senior team member to plan, coordinate, and execute daily warehouse operations, while leading a small team of two. You'll liaise regularly with Head Office in Auckland to oversee workflow, scheduling, and overall warehouse organisation, ensuring both inwards and outwards processing runs efficiently.

  • Lead a small team of two, managing full warehouse operations, including inwards and outwards goods
  • Coordinate daily activities and logistics to meet operational goals
  • Communicate with Head Office in Auckland to align on plans, strategies, and delivery outcomes
  • Operate reach and forklift equipment as part of this hands-on role

About You

You're a motivated and reliable leader who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment. Confident in managing all aspects of warehouse operations, you lead by example and enjoy working collaboratively to get the job done, while keeping a positive team spirit.

  • Proven warehouse experience, ideally in a senior or team leader role
  • Current Reach and Forklift license
  • MPI and SAP experience an advantage
  • Available to start immediately
