What will you be doing:

  • Managing all communication with external & internal stakeholders
  • Scheduling and coordinating shipments
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team
  • Daily reporting via Excel
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties

About you:

  • Strong admin or coordinator or customer service background
  • Exceptional organisation skills with an ability to multi-task
  • Outstanding communicator both verbal and written
  • You could come from any industry, this is around YOU and your excellent coordination skills - amazing opportunity to prove yourself
  • Resilience and a positive attitude is a must
  • Must have strong prioritisation skills and is solutions oriented
  • Ability to think out of the box with a "can-do" attitude
