Heatwave Maintenance Ltd is primarily a maintenance/installation company serving the Hospitality sector. We are Moffat preferred gas service agents for the Auckland area. We also carry out building services work and are IQP registered with Auckland Council.

Heatwave is seeking a qualified/registered Gas Fitter to join our team. Experience with commercial catering appliances is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right person.

We are also open to applications from second or third-year apprentices who demonstrate the right attitude, skills, and motivation to grow with us.

Applicants require:

  • NZ Residency or have a valid working visa
  • Full NZ driving licence
  • Be prepared to work on an after hours call out roster
  • Be a motivated self starter with clear problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate a clear commitment to work in a safe and healthy manner
  • Team player, be open to additional training and the training of others
  • Someone who can communicate clearly and confidently with our customers and team

The successful application will receive:

  • On-going training to develop skills and knowledge
