The Opportunity

Help an engineering group move from "good intentions" to reliable, repeatable delivery. You'll take ownership of end-to-end planning and release coordination across multiple workstreams, creating a calm, predictable rhythm.

This role is for a servant-leader who clears the path for others: tightening feedback loops, improving deployment frequency, and building transparency around progress and risks. You'll align product, support, sales, and marketing with release schedules, coordinate beta programmes, and ensure smooth transitions from concept to launch. Your success shows up in improved velocity and lead time, fewer production issues, and teams who feel enabled, not managed.

The Role

  • Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive predictable, high-quality releases via CI/CD, test automation, and observability.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies; proactively remove blockers and reduce friction.
  • Align product, support, sales, and marketing to release schedules and change windows.
  • Run beta programmes and integrate feedback into release plans.
  • Provide clear visibility of progress, risks, and outcomes across the organisation.Your Fit
