About the role

What you'll be doing
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities to customers, highlighting the unique benefits of our products
- Close sales by guiding customers through the purchase process and ensuring a seamless experience
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Proactively follow up with leads and nurture relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques
- Contribute to the growth and success of the sales team by meeting and exceeding sales targets
What we're looking for
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry
- Experience managing finance applications preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Passion for the automotive industry and a genuine desire to help customers
- A willingness to be a team player and carry out work as needed to support the wider team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- A valid driver's licence and the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
