The Rent Shop Manukau is looking for a warm, organised, and enthusiastic person to be the welcoming face of our busy and friendly head office location. As our First Impressions Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and visitors – helping ensure every interaction reflects our professional and caring culture.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a wide range of front-of-house and administrative tasks. Your day will include answering phone calls and emails, greeting walk-in clients, and supporting the property management team. You'll also help advertise available rental properties, keep the office looking sharp and organised, and handle general administrative duties that keep our business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing phone calls and welcoming walk-in clients daily

• Monitoring email inboxes not for various locations around the country

• Printing rental lists and ensuring they are kept up to date

• Keeping the office tidy and organised each day

• Printing and changing window cards twice weekly

• Advertising available rental properties daily

• Tagging and maintaining key records weekly

• Sorting and distributing mail weekly

• Loading new business leads into our data base
