Warehouse Storeman

Looking for a new opportunity to work in a friendly and dynamic team environment? Look no further Here at Milligans Food Group we're currently seeking a new Assistant Storeman to join our small, close-knit and family feel team at our brand new Auckland distribution warehouse in Wiri.

In this role, you will be working closely with lead storeman and store manager working with them on day-to-day running's of the distribution warehouse.

This is a full-time position with days of work Monday – Friday (days only) 7am-4:30pm NO weekends, NO nights or shift work hours required How good With extremely competitive rates for the right applicant, this is an opportunity not to miss This position is available for an immediate start.

Our brand-new warehouse is equipped with all the latest facilities to ensure your work is both efficient and enjoyable.

Duties will include:

• Forklift operation

• Picking and Packing

• Prioritizing the timely dispatch of orders

• Working with computers & administration

• General cleaning / housekeeping of the warehouse

• Handling paperwork

• Processing inward goods & allocating stock

The ideal candidates will / be:

• Dependable and punctual to attend work and on time (If you miss work often, this is not the job for you)

• Physically fit as repetitive heavy lifting is a requirement – up to 25kg's

• A team player

• Have numerical skills/computer skills

• Able to follow instructions

• Have previous Warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential

Other requirements:

• Have a current, clean driver's licence

• Have your own reliable transport

• A current forklift licence would be an advantage but is not essential

• Inclusive of others and values their perspective
