About Us:

Paragon Cleaning Services is a rapidly growing residential and commercial cleaning company based in Whakatāne that also services Edgecumbe, Matata, Kawerau, Opotiki and the greater BOP. We are a team of professional cleaners offering a variety of services from daily home and office cleaning to specialist services such as window cleaning, exterior cleaning, carpet cleaning, restorations of ovens, showers, porcelain and more.

We operate in the residential, commercial, retail, industrial and hospitality industries.

The Role And What We Offer:

We have multiple roles on offer and are looking for full time, part time and casual cleaners. We are also looking for a qualified carpet cleaning technician. These positions are based in the Whakatane area with periodic travel to surrounding areas.

The Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular and/or once off cleans of private homes and commercial premises
  • Perform tasks like vacuuming, dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, plus potential to learn specialist tasks such as oven cleaning, carpet cleaning, waterblasting, etc.
  • With some experience and training in specialist services your wage and range of tasks will grow.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a reliable vehicle they are willing to use to transport themselves between job sites, with space for a cleaning kit, that is available throughout your shifts. You will be remunerated for its use based on a logbook of KM driven for work.
  • Have a full drivers licence.
  • Show honesty, integrity, commitment and punctuality.
  • Treat our clients property and our company property with respect.
  • Have good people skills and a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Have knowledge and understanding of a high standard of cleanliness and personal presentation.
  • Complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
