About the Role

The primary purpose of the role is to lead the national campaigns team to deliver effective, results-focused campaigns that support organisational objectives and lead to improved health outcomes.

About you

You bring several years of experience delivering impactful behaviour change campaigns and evaluating their effectiveness. You're confident mentoring and developing others, and take pride in helping your team strengthen their analytical skills and generate meaningful insights that demonstrate campaign success. With strong creative problem-solving abilities and sound judgement, you're able to make effective decisions in dynamic environments. Highly organised and adaptable, you thrive when managing multiple priorities and consistently deliver quality outcomes on time.
