About the OpportunityWe're looking for a hands-on Production Operator to join our client's skilled and supportive team, working across assembly, soldering, programming, testing and CNC operations to produce world-class electronic and mechanical products.

  • Assemble, program and test electronic and mechanical products
  • Operate CNC machinery and handle precision components
  • Maintain top-tier product quality and reliability standards
  • Pack and prepare completed units for dispatch
  • Identify and support process and efficiency improvements
  • Support all facets of production and operations
  • Contribute to a safe and positive workplace culture

*What You'll Bring*

  • Tertiary qualification in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
  • Experience in electronic or mechanical assembly and product testing
  • Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet production deadlines
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and business management systems
  • A proactive approach and passion for continuous improvement
