Were looking for a bold, strategic leader to take on a dynamic and high-impact role in NZI. As National Manager, CPF, youll be at the forefront of managing our partnership with Aon, leading the delivery of best-practice relationship management, underwriting, and operational processes across the CPF facility.

This role is central to our strategy for going to market and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and is ready to drive transformational change.

Youll work closely with Aon and internal stakeholders to design and deliver operational strategy, navigate evolving distribution models, and lead change across the business. With a strong focus on collaboration, influence, and execution, youll ensure the CPF facility delivers exceptional customer outcomes while aligning with broader strategic goals. This is a market-facing role based in Auckland, with regular travel across the country to engage with teams and stakeholders in Aon offices. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland).

Youll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Deep experience in the New Zealand general insurance market, particularly in commercial insurance, underwriting, and broker relationships
• Strong leadership experience, with the capability to manage change, develop and coach high performing teams.
• Exceptional relationship management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead through change and drive transformation across complex operating environments
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with a focus on delivering customer and business outcomes
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
• A proactive, resilient mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence
• A passion for collaboration and a commitment to continuous improvement
