Animates Vetcare is looking for a passionate and caring animal lover to support our Glen Innes Cattery

About the role:

As a Cattery Assistant, you'll be responsible for maintaining the health and wellbeing of animals in our care; this includes ensuring a high level of hygiene, handling animals, disposing of biological waste and storing hazardous materials appropriately.

This is a casual role. Applicants must be available to work weekends, Public Holidays and late nights as required.

What we're looking for:

  • A passion for the wellbeing of pets
  • Diligence and experience following processes
  • Reliability and excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Experience working with animals is highly beneficial, however full training is provided
