• Welcome and assist guests with bookings, check-ins, and tour preparation.
• Provide outstanding customer service and act as the first point of contact for visitors.
• Share knowledge about our tours and help guests plan their perfect experience.
• Assist with the organisation of equipment and ensure facilities are clean and ready for use.
• Coordinate trip times & capacities
• Tracking all boat operations

What We're Looking For

• A passion for boats and the outdoors.
• Experience in a customer-facing role in the tourism industry
• A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in tourism or customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable hours.
• Experience with IBIS a bonus

Hours of Work

This role is part time, with additional hours subject to demand. Typical hours will be afternoons and evenings. Availability to work on weekends and public holidays is required as part of the position.
