About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Barista who knows their beans and loves the buzz of a fast-paced environment. You'll be the face behind the coffee machine, crafting perfect brews while delivering exceptional service with a smile. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance speed with quality and keep the energy high during peak travel times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create consistently great coffee and beverages with precision and flair.
  • Deliver fast, friendly service to guests on the go.
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace and uphold food safety standards.
  • Assist with stock management and POS transactions.
  • Support the team during busy periods and keep the vibe upbeat.
  • Be a brand ambassador for Good Day Burger Bar at Wellington Airport.

Who We're Looking For

You're a coffee enthusiast with a knack for customer service and thrive in a high-energy, high-volume setting. You'll have:

  • Previous barista experience in a busy café or hospitality venue.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure while keeping quality top-notch.
  • A passion for great coffee and creating memorable guest experiences.
