Kennedy Technologies is a New Zealand based R&D company currently developing robotic automation solutions for the fruit packing industry.

Specialist Engineer Needed

We are looking for a Specialised Engineering Personnel in the fruit packing automation industry space who can assist our engineering team to further develop our product portfolio and improve existing capabilities.

The ideal applicant is a creative individual with confidence to solve novel problems using industry best practice. They will be comfortable with mechanical design as well as engineering software tools.

The Successful Applicant

Required:

  • 7+ years' experience working with automation firms, or 4+ year experience working with automation firms servicing the fruit packing industry.
  • Experience working with product configurator software.
  • Experience working with Driveworks.
  • Mastery of PDM and Solidworks, including experience developing Solidworks macros and automation processes.
  • Experience with Infor LN ERP system, preferred.
  • Effective plain-language communicator.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
