Must haves:

1. Experience with scheduling, ordering, stock take, and food control plans.
2. Be available to work weekends, and must be reliable
3. Must be able to delegate tasks to employees when necessary

The ideal candidate will have both FOH and BOH, as well as Management experience. Your job is to assist the Store Manager with tasks if needed, but mainly your role is to act as leader when the Store Manager is not there. If you have any sort of Managerial experience, you will know exactly what the role is. We have a small staff and small menu, so it is definitely not the hardest position.

You will receive training before starting. We only do one thing so it's not a crazy difficult job, but we do a lot of it, and we do it the best, so we need candidates with consistency. You must be reliable and trustworthy, and must be able to command the respect of your team.
