We're looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic Auckland team and play a pivotal role in driving smart, data-led decisions that shape our pricing strategies and deliver value to our customers. Your insights will directly influence business performance and customer satisfaction and you'll be part of a passionate team that embraces technology and values team work and fresh ideas.

What You'll Do

• Be the quoting champion – Deliver accurate, on-time quotes to customers within key deliverables.
• Drive pricing performance – Ability to keep update to date with market trends, competitor pricing and customer data to ensure pricing agility to keep us competitive.
• Partner with the business – Collaborate with sales teams, attend forums, and share insights that shape strategic decisions.
• Lead improvements – Identify process enhancements to boost speed-to-quote and decision-making efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial experience in sales, customer service, or pricing.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, plus proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM and pricing software (or a quick learner with tech tools).
• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and conceptual thinking.
• Self-driven, able to manage priorities, and confidently work within guidelines.
