Residential Heat Pump Installer

About the Role

You'll be installing Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric heat pumps, from high walls and floor consoles to ducted and whole-home systems.

You'll work closely with our sales representative and residential project manager to ensure every installation is completed efficiently and to the high standard our customers expect.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Installing residential heat pump systems neatly and safely
  • Interpreting plans and job documentation
  • Liaising with customers, sales, and the project management team
  • Completing jobs independently and keeping communication clear
  • Finalising paperwork, commissioning, and tidy handovers

About You

You take pride in your workmanship and can deliver high-quality installations without constant supervision.

You bring good energy to the job, stay focused, and get satisfaction from a tidy, well-finished result.

You'll bring:

  • Trade qualification or proven experience in heat pump installation
  • NZ Electrical Registration or EST ticket (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Full NZ driver's licence
  • A self-motivated attitude and attention to detail
