About the Role

As the Store Manager of our Newmarket Flagship, you'll be at the heart of the MAX brand — leading one of our most exciting and high-profile stores.

You'll drive exceptional customer experiences, lead a passionate and fashion-forward team, and bring the energy and standards that set the tone for our retail network.

This is a full-time leadership role where every day brings the opportunity to shape the MAX brand, deliver commercial results, and grow your people.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver unforgettable service and style advice.
  • Drive performance through smart planning, energy, and clear communication.
  • Oversee daily operations — from stock and visuals to customer experience and team engagement.
  • Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales and conversion.
  • Partner with your Regional and Support Office teams to bring campaigns and collections to life.
  • Champion visual merchandising and presentation standards that showcase the brand at its best.
  • Create a positive, supportive environment that empowers your team to shine.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years' experience in retail management or a senior leadership role.
  • A confident, hands-on leader who thrives on inspiring and developing others.
  • Strong commercial acumen — you understand how to read your numbers and turn insights into action.
  • A passion for fashion, styling, and customer connection.
  • Proven ability to deliver sales results and lead a high-performing team.
  • A calm and adaptable leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
