About the role

Cornerstone Design is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. As a full-time Architectural Draftsperson, you will play a crucial role in assisting the development of a range of residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills and experience to an established and respected architectural practice.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing detailed architectural drawings and renders using ARCHICAD software
  • Assisting with the production of concept and consent documentation
  • Collaborating with clients, engineers, and other key consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Staying up-to-date with industry standards, building codes, and regulations
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our design processes and workflows

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years experience as an Architectural Draftsperson, preferably within the residential sector.
  • Excellent proficiency in using ARCHICAD software.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and relevant industry standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment
  • Tertiary qualification in Architectural technology is required.
