Our channels are critical to the success of Tourism New Zealand's arrivals growth ambitions, and this role will play a lead support role for the team that is responsible for the digital product experience of the 100% Pure New Zealand brand, for international consumer audiences ).
What will you be doing | Nga whainga
We're looking for a strategic, creative and technical individual who will help deliver our marketing campaigns to international audiences, using as a vehicle to drive arrivals into the country.
You will be experienced with a breadth of digital marketing and deeply passionate about showcasing Aotearoa as a world-class visitor destination.
As a key member of the Digital Experience team, you'll shape how visitors engage with by building and optimising campaign landing pages, enhancing content and improving our conversion rates across all language-editions of the platform.
You will work at the intersection of Global Marketing, Digital Product and Digital Analytics to deliver enterprise-level campaigns, at a global scale and be a driver of our campaign recommendations to our international market teams.

This is an intermediate-level role for a highly motivated and enthusiastic digital marketer who has:
- Digital marketing experience: website management and/ or web content management experience including marketing and developing digital product or content strategy for campaigns and enterprise-scale sites.
- Content & Experience Design: delivery of content, digital marketing and experience design solutions.
- Experience in supporting and executing creative strategy: support and delivery of a campaign vision in line with the business strategy.
- Experience with data-driven decisions: data, metrics and reporting to guide decisions.
- Experience delivering international digital marketing campaigns, working with international teams, working in a matrix environment and influencing cross-functional teams, is desirable.
- Experience with web and SEO analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, aHrefs or similar.
