Fencer

We are looking for experienced fencers to join our client across Auckland. This role is suited to an experienced tradesperson with strong technical ability, excellent workmanship, and a commitment to delivering high-quality fencing installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of fencing systems including timber, aluminum, post & rail, and custom builds
• Read and interpret site plans, measurements, and client specifications
• Set out fencing lines, calculate material requirements, and ensure accurate alignment and levels
• Operate power tools, augers, post drivers, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on all job site

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years professional fencing or carpentry/landscaping experience
• Strong understanding of fencing construction methods and materials
• Ability to work independently and lead labourers when required
• Competent in measuring, cutting, setting posts, concrete work, and structural alignment
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Current driver's license
