We have an excitingopportunity for a Storeperson to join the team at our Hokitika branch. This rolehas a focus on deliveries and the unloading/loading of stock. The back storeoperation is vital to our performance, so it is critical we get the right candidatewho has a strong worth ethic and thrives working in an environment that is funwhile being fast-paced and demanding.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing superior service to our customers and freight companies.
- Operating a mobile point of sale (POS) system.
- Completing administrative tasks such as maintaining and receipting of stock.
- Restocking and organising our product in the bulk store and stockroom.
- Compliance of health and safety regulations within a transport and stockroom environment
Mōhou ake | Aboutyou
- Previous experience working in a storeroom, either within a retail or warehouse environment using a forklift.
- An F endorsement.
- You're physically fit (able to lift 25kg consecutively).
- Sound computer skills.
- Friendly and approachable with great communication skills.
- You work well in a team.
- Confident at multitasking and able to remain calm under pressure.
