Our permanent and contract-focused practice groups are actively seeking experienced recruiters, business developers, and solutions sales professionals across accounting & finance, technology & business transformation specialisations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Expand your network and foster business relationships in the Auckland market.

  • Develop a robust talent pool and pipeline of candidates.

  • Manage end-to-end talent solutions for client companies across diverse industry sectors.

  • Stay abreast of hiring market trends, sharing consultative insights.

  • Engage in company events, networking, and CSR initiatives.

Your qualifications:

  • 3+ years proven experience in agency recruitment or similar B2B client-facing roles.

  • Strong track record of cultivating business relationships.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn, developing a commercial skill set.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ethical, growth-oriented, and resilient mindset.

  • Highly effective stakeholder management abilities.
