As well as the opportunity to develop your knowledge of recruitment and events, you would be joining a globally recognised leader in Professional Services and a team of intelligent and high-performing people that will support you in your personal career development.  Your typical day will include:Providing key support during our busy award-winning graduate recruitment campaign, assisting with coordination and event managementScheduling of interviewsLiaising with internal and external stakeholdersPreparing employment contracts and other documentationCollecting data and assisting with reportingAssisting with social media and web campaignsEnsuring successful recruitment outcomes through efficient and high-quality delivery of serviceYour expertise:Bring your knowledge in events, recruitment and communications, and see what impact you can make.You'll also have:The ability to follow and identify gaps in processes and implement improvementsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel and PowerPointThe ability to prioritise and effectively manage expectations and meet business deadlinesAn eagerness to learn and grow your skills in talent acquisitionA keen eye for detailEffective communication skills - both written and verbalA proactive, organised attitude, and be comfortable juggling multiple tasksAn enthusiastic self-starter with a desire to join a high-performance environment focused on peopleWork experience in a HR, Recruitment or People focussed team is ideal, but not essentialMaking an impact that matters, together:We are driven by our desire to create positive outcomes for our clients, communities, and people.
