The opportunity

Our client is experiencing continued growth and is now looking for a motivated Commercial Solicitor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your expertise across a broad range of commercial transactions.

You will be working directly with a well-regarded Partner and Senior Associate, both of whom are well regarded for their technical skills, approachable leadership style, and offer strong mentoring and guidance.

As a Commercial Solicitor, you will work across commercial transactions including business sale and purchases, structuring advice, drafting and advising on shareholders' agreements and related company matters. You'll be working with a diverse client base of small to medium-sized businesses, alongside some larger companies with more complex needs.

About you

Our client is seeking someone with approximately 2-4 years PQE (though flexibility exists for the right person). You will bring proven experience in commercial law, confidence in client engagement, and the ability to deliver pragmatic, commercially minded solutions. You will have strong communication skills and enjoy being part of a team environment.
