This pivotal role supports our mission to deliver a safe, sustainable, and high-quality rail experience for the Greater Wellington region.

As a Quality Systems Advisor, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing TDW's QSE management systems, ensuring compliance with contract obligations, regulatory standards, and internal performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QSE Systems & Document Control Manage the document control system and ensure the integrity of QSE documentation across the organization, including oversight of change management processes and internal audit programs.
  • Drive Data-Driven Performance & Reporting Monitor QSE data to meet internal and external reporting requirements, support incident management, and contribute to risk assessments and the organizational risk register.
  • Collaborate for Continuous Improvement Work closely with QSE team members and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, support CCTV operational requests, and promote a strong safety and environmental culture.

What You will Bring:

  • A qualification or certification in Quality Management and/or Health and Safety (desirable)
  • Experience with document management systems (e.g., Promapp)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Power Bi
  • Ability to analyse data trends and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
