Production Supervisor

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To provide hands-on leadership, coordination, and structure to daily production operations, ensuring readiness, flow, and communication across all manufacturing areas.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that every batch starts on time with the correct materials, labels, documentation, and equipment prepared. The role actively supports the Production Manager by maintaining discipline, consistency, and performance on the production floor, while working alongside operators to deliver daily output, quality, and compliance targets.

This role plays a key part in restoring a proactive, performance-driven culture within the factory.

• Daily Co-ordination & Readiness of production team
• Manage and monitor freight processes to meet customer needs
• Monitor stock and raw material levels and ensure availability to meet production requirements
• Machinery maintenance and cleanliness
• Quality control
