EUC Analyst

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing
    Level 2/3 EUC support
    for end-user devices, apps and services
  • Supporting and managing
    device configuration and endpoint security
    using Intune, SCCM/MECM and Conditional Access
  • Contributing into the continuous improvement initiatives to improve the experience for their customers
  • Troubleshooting across the whole EUC landscape -
    Active Directory, M365,
    utilizing
    management apps and collaboration tools
  • Utilizing
    automation and scripting
    to solve problems without disrupting users
  • Creating documentation and maintaining knowledge base entries
  • Participating in small project delivery and contributing to service improvement
  • Growing your career on a people-focussed technical team

What we're looking for:

  • Solid
    enterprise-level EUC experience
    in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Confident with
    SCCM, M365, AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, Intune, and Conditional Access Policies
  • Familiar with
    PowerShel
    l scripting (or keen to deepen your skills)
  • Strong grasp of ITIL practices and use of tools like ServiceNow
  • Calm under pressure with
    excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Permanent residency or NZ citizenship
