We're looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Customer Services & Logistics Officer to join our high-performing team in Gisborne.
This role sits at the heart of our operations — ensuring that orders flow smoothly from production to delivery, while maintaining clear communication across teams and with our customers.
- Coordinate domestic and international freight, ensuring accurate documentation, timely dispatch, and efficient communication with freight agents and customers.
- Track shipments, update logistics records, and proactively resolve any issues before they become problems.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams (production, sales, and planning) to ensure customer expectations are met every time.
- Manage freight documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and delivery tracking.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Support customer service functions — processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, and assisting with quotes and documentation.
