About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Data Engineer
with strong hands-on experience in DBT and Snowflake to design, build, and optimize modern ELT pipelines. The ideal candidate will have solid SQL expertise, a deep understanding of data warehousing best practices, and exposure to telecom domain data. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and well-documented data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize scalable
    ELT pipelines
    using
    DBT
    .
  • Develop
    modular, well-documented, and fully tested data models
    following DBT best practices.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to translate business requirements into robust data transformations.
  • Ensure
    data quality, reliability, and consistency
    across multiple data sources.
  • Implement and monitor
    Snowflake
    schema design, performance tuning, and cost-efficient usage.
  • Apply
    SQL and data warehousing best practices
    to support analytical and operational needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including data analysts, architects, and business teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data platforms, standards, and processes.
  • Provide clear communication on progress, risks, and solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with DBT
    in a production environment.
  • Proven experience with Snowflake
    , including schema design, performance optimization, and role-based access control.
  • Solid understanding of
    SQL
    and
    data warehousing best practices
    .
  • Good understanding of
    telecom business models, systems, and data types
    .
  • Familiarity with
    ELT tools
    and modern data integration patterns.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as
    AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
    .
  • Basic understanding or exposure to
    BI tools
    like Power BI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a
    self-driven
    mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills
    and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
