Dentist – Kaipara Dental, Dargaville

Opportunity to buy into the practice and/or become Senior Dentist

We're looking for a motivated and caring Dentist to join our friendly team on a full/part time basis. This role comes with flexibility to suit your lifestyle, and we welcome applications from experienced dentists, recent graduates, or those early in their career.

Base Salary / Hourly Rate: NZD $100,000 per year (retainer)

Commission: 41% commission on billings, commencing after 3 months' employment (retainer of $100,000 per year continues)

Contract Term: 1 year (If visa accreditation is required, the contract term will be 1.5 years)

Relocation Assistance:

• Covered costs for flights and baggage OR petrol to drive to Dargaville

Accommodation and Car:

• Option 1: Fully furnished 2-bedroom house within walking distance to the clinic. Market rent: $425/week including water. Subsidized rent: 50% ($212.50/week including water).

• Option 2: Modern 1-bedroom flat. Market rent: $325/week including water. Subsidized rent: 50% ($162.50/week including water).

• Car also provided for your personal use.

Additional Benefits:

• Dental certificates required for work covered by the clinic while on wages

• Supported visa accreditation available for eligible applicants

• Ongoing mentorship provided in-clinic by our Senior Dentist

• Ongoing training opportunities supported

This high needs community clinic will see the skills you trained so hard for make a huge difference to people's lives within the community you live and you will be paid high-end rates to do so.

We will happily supply you with housing and give you the flexibility to work as many hours as you see fit, all whilst surrounding yourself with beaches, tramping, four-wheel driving, fishing, hunting, and affordable housing ownership.
