We are looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to direct, set, and manage our sales teams in Wellington and Tauranga.

Minimum Guaranteed Hours/Week are 30.

Maximum hours/week you may be required to work are 45.

Qualification/Work Experience

You will need to have at least three years of relevant work experience and a relevant qualification

in management. Must have a valid full Driving Licence.

This position is based in Wellington but requires weekly travel to Tauranga. Your travel and stay is organized and paid for by the company

Your daily tasks will include-

 Plan, organise, and oversee the sales and marketing functions within the

organisation to support business growth.

 Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals

to maximise revenue and market share.

 Establish clear, measurable sales targets for teams to ensure consistent growth and

profitability.

 Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and sales channels to

expand the organisation's reach.

 Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and

decision-making.

 Direct the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the

organisation's goods and services to a broad audience.

 Design and execute strategies to enhance and protect the organisation's public

image and reputation.

 Ensure consistent communication and messaging across all platforms and

stakeholder touchpoints.

 Lead and manage sales and operational teams.

 Mentor and develop team members to support talent growth and professional

development within the organisation.

 Track sales performance, market trends, and campaign metrics using data and

reporting tools.

 Prepare and present regular business development reports to senior management.
