What You'll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Fitter, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our equipment runs efficiently and reliably.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults efficiently
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Utilise our Computerised Maintenance Management System (Blue Mountain) for scheduling and compliance

Your keen eye for detail, practical problem-solving skills, and commitment to health and safety will be key to your success.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who's not just experienced, but also passionate about making a difference. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Relevant trade qualification or solid experience as a fitter or fitter-turner
  • Hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and time management abilities
  • A willingness to learn and apply Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
  • Physical fitness with a strong commitment to health and safety

Your Work Schedule

Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with our 4 days on / 4 days off roster, working 6:00 AM to 6:10 PM in our 24/7 operation.
