Ko tou ake mahi - What you'll do

As a Digital Support Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for Ministry staff, delivering hands-on Level 1 support across desktops, systems, applications, and digital assets. You'll play a key role in resolving incidents, managing requests, and ensuring a seamless support experience-working closely with internal teams and external providers.

  • Triage, resolve, or escalate incidents and requests via ServiceNow, keeping tickets accurate and within service level targets.
  • Coordinate with internal groups and external service providers to ensure timely, effective issue resolution.
  • Manage digital assets end-to-end-from provisioning and tracking to lifecycle maintenance.

  • Proven experience in Level 1 IT support, with hands-on knowledge of systems, desktops, and asset management.
  • Strong coordination skills, working effectively with internal teams and external service providers to resolve issues.
  • Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accurate ticket handling and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and upholding public sector values of diversity and inclusion.
