The Opportunity

As Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building and leading the operational backbone of Kry10. Reporting to the COO, this newly created position will ensure our global operations are efficient, compliant, and scalable as we continue to grow.

You'll bring a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, shaping how systems, governance frameworks, and processes enable Kry10's mission and people to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee operational delivery across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the US.
  • Develop and embed operational policies, systems, and frameworks that support scalability.
  • Serve as Board Secretary, managing governance processes, meetings, and documentation.
  • Oversee legal and contract management, vendor relationships, and compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Partner with the CFO on financial operations, reporting, and budget optimisation.
  • Provide leadership across HR operations, onboarding, and performance processes.
  • Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and responsible use of technology and AI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and regional leaders.

About You

You're a confident, strategic operator who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments. You bring both structure and agility - balancing detail with a big picture view.

You will have:

  • 10+ years' progressive experience in operations leadership roles across multinational or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, legal, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience managing global teams and leading operational functions end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated success scaling operations and driving business transformation.
  • Proven financial acumen and experience with P&L oversight.
  • Executive presence, influencing capability, and cross-cultural leadership experience.

Preferred:

  • MBA or Master's in Business, Operations, or related discipline.

    Experience with ERP or enterprise platform implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity governance and compliance frameworks.
