We're on the lookout for a sharp, motivated Senior Solicitor or Associate to join our national Corporate Practice, based in our Auckland office. You'll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team that thrives on solving complex legal challenges for a diverse client base.

What you'll be doing:

You'll work on a wide range of corporate transactions, including:

  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • Public and private capital raisings
  • Joint ventures and restructurings

You'll advise an impressive mix of clients – from listed companies and financial services firms to start-ups and international venture capital funds – on matters that are as interesting as they are impactful.
