About the Role:

As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You'll Do:

  • Financial Management:

  • Responsible for administration of procurement and closing invoices

  • Supports and provides FM/AFM financial data for month end close

  • Vendor Management:

  • Supports the AFM/FM by ensuring JHA/THA submission

  • Supports solicitation of bids and proposals for soft services
  • Facilitate vendor orientation
  • Submits DCATs and escorts vendors / visitors as needed

  • Work Order Program:

  • Monitoring of workflow and completion targets (end to end)

  • Procurement / Program Activities:

  • Manages ordering and inventory for Beverage program

  • Maintains office and miscellaneous supplies for the sites
  • Supports the copier operations program
  • Continuously drive positive safety culture
  • Employee engagement (WOW awards, safety hero, applause)

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
