We're seeking a talented and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Gisborne team as a contractor.

About the Role | He kōrero mō tēnei tūranga

This is a contracting position for a registered Physiotherapist to join our team in Gisborne. You will be working across a number of clients mostly from ACC.

Previous experience in neuro/ orthopaedic /concussion would be a real advantage.

You'll be working in homes and the wider community so we are looking for a candidate who gets a real kick out of collaboration and supporting clients across their recovery.

The successful candidate will be required to travel within and around Gisborne so you will need to be comfortable driving and have a full clean NZ drivers' licence.

What you will bring | Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga

  • 3+ years' experience as a NZ Registered Physiotherapist
  • Experience In ACC, neuro,  orthopaedic, concussion would be an advantage
  • Understanding of, and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
  • Current NZ Registration with Physio New Zealand and APC
  • Passion to continue to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • An awareness of Health Legislation and the NZ health funding systems.
  • Ability to travel and work autonomously.
