Gina's Food Truck Limited is seeking a reliable and experienced Senior Chef to join our team full time. This role works across three venues including a pub kitchen, winery, and food truck, as well as supporting our growing catering business for people's special days.

You will take charge of the kitchen when the Head Chef is off-site, run sections, prep and cook to spec, maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards, and support events and off-site catering when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence
• Run sections efficiently in fast-paced services
• Prep, cook, and plate food to specification
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
• Assist with events and catering
• Support and communicate effectively with the team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Ability to lead a kitchen and stay calm under pressure
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, flexible, and team-focused
• Availability for a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
