We're looking for an experienced
Commercial Real Estate professional
to represent a respected
New Zealand-based boutique agency
in
Dunedin
.

This is a
purely commercial role
– no residential, no distractions. If you know your way around leases, investments, and development deals, we'd love to talk.


About the opportunity

You'll be the
satellite representative
for a well-established commercial agency, operating remotely with full systems and team support behind you.

We're not about size for the sake of it – we're about quality, ethics, and relationships.

You'll bring

  • Proven experience in
    commercial property sales or leasing
  • Confidence dealing with investors, developers & business owners
  • Excellent
    communication and negotiation
    skills
  • A high level of
    technical literacy
    – CRM, digital workflows, data accuracy
  • A
    self-driven, resilient, and solutions-focused
    mindset
  • A current
    Real Estate Salesperson Licence
    (preferred)
